QA Process

Professional Data Dimensions uses an internal quality improvement process. This process is based on evaluating our performance on a quarterly basis against a set of performance goals and performance metrics. The goals are established by customer or account. The account goals are used to develop aggregate goals for the company. The goals are divided in to four areas. The four areas are Recruiting, Program/Account Management, Leased Resource management and Performance goals.

Each quarter goals are established in each of these critical areas. To achieve each of these goals specific activities are identified and implemented during the quarter. At the end of the quarter the actual results in each area are measured against the goal. Based on the results the implementation plans are adjusted to allow for an improved performance the next quarter against the new goals for that quarter. The result is a continuous monitoring, evaluating and improvement process for each account and the company. The goals are reported to each account as described below.

In addition Professional Data Dimensions uses a customer-input process to provide continuous process improvement support. We currently utilize a Client Advisory Board. The CAB is a group of eight to ten current and potential customers that will meet on a quarterly basis. The purpose of the CAB is to provide PDD with information on how we are perceived in the market place and how well we are doing in meeting our customer’s needs. In addition it enables us to determine our customer’s needs and how they will be changing.

The CAB is facilitated by Peachin, Schwartz and Weingardt, the company CPA firm. In this way, the CAB members are assured of privacy and are more open in their communication. We also use an external consultant to help the company refine its internal processes and procedures, define and refine its services and manage its financial resources. The external consultant facilitates monthly meetings with senior management to assist senior management in making objective evaluations about the company status. The external consultant is David Hamernik of Hamernik and Associates.

Professional Data Dimensions uses a set of performance sensitive metrics to measure our quality. The metrics are compiled and evaluated in a quarterly performance review. Professional Data Dimensions would provide a copy of this quarterly performance review to BCBSM. The report would detail the actual services that have been utilized during the quarter and profile the quality of the service delivered. The report is compiled and delivered to BCBSM within two weeks of the quarter end.

The report would contain the following information.

A. Total number of requirements responded to during the quarter.

B. Total number of interviews generated.

C. Total number of placements made during the quarter.

D. Percentage of interviews generated to requirements responded to during the quarter.

E. Percentage of placements made to requirements responded to during the quarter.

F. Total income and Sales during the quarter
